Buddhism, hands down. Without the weird shit (like the Buddha being born out of his mother’s side, and rebirth), it’s actually a pretty cool religion, and meditation especially can be incredibly useful

This is a very simplistic way of looking at the Buddhist faith, there’s a lot more to it than people normally assume when they think of it, but it’s definitely one of the better and certainly one of the least harmful religons
